Happy New Years ! All is well down here on the forgotten coast this time of year. Fishing has been on fire in between the fronts. My clients have been having a great time fly fishing for redfish. The water is crystal clear this time of year. Add to it the super low winter time tides and it makes sight fishing as good as it gets. This style of fishing really gets your heart pumping as you watch the whole thing unfold. These fish are not dumb and it does take a little skill to master. But a well placed cast can fool even the weariest of red fish.
